Superlogicfin S.A. de C.V., with registered office at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 250, Floor 15, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600 Mexico City, is the data controller of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
1. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the subscription form: name and email address. We also collect anonymous technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through analytics cookies, subject to your consent.
2. Purposes of processing
Your data is used to: (i) contact you about your access request to the informational service; (ii) send you informational communications about the platform; (iii) respond to questions and requests; (iv) comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent given when the form is submitted and on the controller's legitimate interest to provide the requested informational service.

Your data is kept as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described and for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

We apply reasonable technical, administrative and physical measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
